Roland Alton-Scheidl, has studied computer science (focus on Computer Supported Co-operative Work) and media art. He is founder and managing director of PUBLIC VOICE Lab. He spent five years at the Austrian Academy of Sciences as a research fellow. He has teaching experience at Universities in Vienna, Salzburg, Sophia-Antipolis, Stockholm and Dornbirn.
