With a background in journalism, publishing and web design, Suw is now one of the UK's best known bloggers, frequently speaking at conferences and seminars. In her capacity as a social software consultant, she advises companies in the UK and America on the use of blogs and wikis in business. She works with companies in the banking, media and public relations sectors to help them understand how social software can be used both behind the firewall and as marketing and external communications tools.
