Brad Bebee is Director, System Software at SAIC Advanced Systems & Concepts. He has been involved with various government R&D programs as a developer of key architectural and design initiatives. He has significant experience in the design and development of commercial software products. Mr. Bebee has a strong background in software design and development focused on applying Object Oriented Methodologies to capture user requirements and develop component architectures.
